Overview
Payment is confirmed instantly, but the order itself isn't fully confirmed until the store accepts it. Stores have up to 72 hours to accept or reject an order — if nothing happens in that time, the order is automatically cancelled and you're refunded.
The two confirmation steps
- Payment confirmation — instant. As soon as your payment goes through, we confirm it and notify the store.
- Vendor confirmation — up to 72 hours. The store then has 72 hours to accept the order. Once they accept, your order moves to "Accepted" and starts moving toward delivery.
Some stores turn on auto-accept, which means their orders skip the waiting step and go straight to Accepted the moment payment lands.
What happens if the store doesn't respond in 72 hours
- The order is automatically cancelled.
- The full amount is refunded to your Javern Wallet immediately.
- The items go back into stock.
- You get an email and a push notification letting you know.
Confirmation is taking too long?
- Check your internet connection and pull down to refresh on the "My Orders" screen.
- If the store hasn't accepted after a while and you'd like to chase it up, contact our support team with your order ID.
