What happens after payment?

What happens after payment — quick answer with steps and helpful context for Javern users.

Overview

Once your payment goes through, your order moves through a clear set of stages until it's completed. Here's what each stage means.

The order journey

  1. Payment Received — your payment has been confirmed instantly by our system and the store has been notified. You'll get a confirmation email straight away.
  2. Awaiting Vendors Approval — the store has up to 72 hours to accept or reject the order. If they don't act in that window, the order is automatically cancelled and refunded to your wallet.
  3. Accepted By Vendor — the store has accepted your order. A chat opens between you and the store so you can message each other, and the store starts preparing your items.
  4. Order Processing — the store is packing your order and getting it ready to hand off for delivery.
  5. Shipped — your order has left the store.
  6. Out for Delivery — your order is on its way to you.
  7. Order Completed — the order has been delivered and marked complete.

If the store rejects or doesn't accept

  • Rejected — the store declined the order. You're refunded the full amount to your Javern Wallet immediately.
  • Auto-cancelled after 72 hours — if the store doesn't accept in time, the order is automatically cancelled and the full amount is credited to your Javern Wallet.

Chatting with the store

Once the store accepts your order, a chat opens automatically with an order summary. You can use it to ask about delivery, share a landmark, or follow up on anything. See How do I contact my seller?.

Tracking your order

You can check the current status any time in "My Orders". For more, see How do I track my order?.
