How do I use a coupon?

Overview

You can apply a coupon at checkout to get a discount on your order. Enter the code exactly as it was shared with you.

Apply a coupon on the mobile app

1. Open the Javern App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Add your items to the cart and tap "Checkout".
3. On the order summary, tap "Apply Coupon".
4. Type or paste the coupon code and tap "Apply".
5. If it's valid, the discount shows immediately and the total updates.
6. Tap "Place Order" to complete your purchase with the discount applied.

Apply a coupon on the website

1. Visit our website Javern and go to checkout.
2. On the order summary, click "Apply Coupon".
3. Enter the coupon code and click "Apply".
4. The discount will appear in your order total.
5. Click "Place Order".

Good to know

• Coupon codes are case-sensitive — type them exactly as shown.
• Only one coupon can be used per order.
• Some coupons have a minimum order amount, are limited to specific stores, or expire on a set date.
