How do I create my store?

Overview

Your Javern store is created for you as soon as you sign up as a seller — one store per seller account. From there you fill in the details (name, logo, description, policies) and add products.

Steps

1. Download the Javern Vendor app and sign up as a seller — selling isn't available on the main Javern website or main shopping app yet. See How do I become a seller?.
2. Enter a store name during sign-up (you can change it later).
3. Open your vendor dashboard and go to "Store Settings" to fill in:
   • Logo and cover photo.
   • Store description.
   • Contact email and phone.
   • Social links (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
   • Address.
   • Return, shipping, and warranty policies.
4. Add your shipping options in "Shipping" — see How do I set shipping rules?.
5. Add your first product in "Products" — see How do I add a product?.
6. Verify your BVN to activate your vendor wallet — see How do I verify my BVN?.

Making your store live

Once your store has products and shipping options, toggle it active in your dashboard. Buyers can then find you in search and place orders.
