How do I buy products?

Overview

Buying on Javern only takes a few steps — find what you want, add it to your cart, choose how to pay, and confirm the order.

Buy on the mobile app

1. Open the Javern App from the App Store or Google Play Store and sign in.
2. Browse the home feed or use search to find a product you like. See How do I search for products?.
3. Tap a product to open its details, choose your size and colour, then tap "Add to Cart".
4. Open your cart from the taskbar and review your items.
5. Tap "Checkout", pick or add a delivery address, and choose a payment method.
6. Tap "Place Order" to complete your purchase. You'll see a confirmation screen and receive an email with your order details.

Buy on the website

1. Visit our website Javern and sign in.
2. Browse or search for the product you want.
3. Open the product, pick your size and colour, and click "Add to Cart".
4. Click the cart icon at the top right of the page.
5. Click "Checkout", confirm your delivery address, and select a payment method.
6. Click "Place Order" to complete your purchase.
