Why is the app crashing?

Overview

Most app crashes are fixed by updating to the latest version, restarting your device, or reinstalling the app. Here's the quick checklist.

Try these first

1. Update the app. Open the App Store or Google Play Store and check for a Javern update. Vendors: check the Javern Vendor app on the App Store or Play Store.
2. Force-close the app and reopen it.
3. Restart your phone.
4. Make sure you have internet. Poor connections can freeze the app in ways that look like a crash.
5. Free up storage. If your phone is nearly full, apps often crash. Delete some things you don't need.
6. Reinstall the app. Delete Javern and reinstall from the app store. You won't lose your data — everything is tied to your account.

• Whether it crashes on a specific screen or throughout the app.
