What products cannot be returned?

Overview

Each store on Javern sets its own list of non-returnable items in their return policy. There's no single Javern-wide list, but there are categories most stores don't accept returns on for hygiene, safety, or resale reasons.

Commonly non-returnable

• Underwear, swimwear, and hosiery.
• Pierced jewellery.
• Custom or made-to-order items.
• Final-sale or clearance items — usually flagged on the product page.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Always covered by a return

Even if an item falls into one of the above categories, you can still raise a return if:

• The wrong item was sent.
• The item arrived damaged.
• The item is defective.
• The item doesn't match the description in a meaningful way.

Check before you buy

Open the store's page and read their return policy. If it's not clear, message the store to ask before ordering — that's the easiest way to avoid a surprise later.
