What happens if I lose access?
What happens if I lose access — quick answer with steps and helpful context for Javern users.
Updated 31 July 2026
Overview
If you can't get into your Javern account, use "Forgot password" to reset your password with your email. Once you're back in, your wallet and its balance are exactly where you left them — the money is tied to your account, not to a specific device.
Regain access
- Open the Javern App or Javern.
- Tap "Sign in".
- Tap "Forgot password?" and enter the email tied to your account.
- Follow the reset link that lands in your inbox.
Can't reset because you lost the email
If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, contact our support team. Have ready:
- The name on the account.
- The phone number on the account.
- Any recent order IDs.
- A rough date you created the account.
We'll verify your identity and help you recover access.
Your wallet is safe
- Wallet balance sits on your Javern account, not on your device — signing in on a new phone brings it right back.
- Every credit and debit is logged in your wallet history.
- No one can spend from your wallet without signing into your account.
Tips
- Keep the email on your account up to date so you can reset any time.
- Use a strong password you don't reuse elsewhere.
- Sign out on devices you no longer own.
