Overview
Once a refund is approved, the money is credited to your Javern Wallet immediately. You get a notification, the order status updates to reflect the refund, and you can spend the balance right away.
What you'll see
- Notification — an email and push confirming the refund and amount.
- Order status — updates to show the order was rejected, cancelled, or that the refund was processed.
- Wallet balance — goes up by the refund amount straight away.
Using the refunded amount
At checkout for a future order, pick "Javern Wallet" as the payment method. Your wallet balance will be applied — if it doesn't cover the full amount, you can top up or pay the rest with a card.
If you returned the item
Some refunds only clear after the store confirms they received the returned item. Ship the return with tracking if you can, and post the courier and tracking number in the order chat so the store can watch for it.
Refund missing?
Check your wallet balance and the order status. If the order shows a refund but your wallet doesn't, contact our support team with your order ID.
