What are wallet limits — quick answer with steps and helpful context for Javern users.

Overview
There are no per-order or daily spend limits on the buyer wallet — you can pay for any order up to the balance you have. Top-up limits follow whatever your card, bank, or Paystack allow on their side.
Spending your balance
- Pay for any order up to the amount in your wallet.
- If your balance doesn't cover the total, top up first or use a card at checkout.
Topping up
Javern doesn't cap top-ups, but your card issuer, bank, or Paystack may have their own limits (per transaction, per day, or based on your card type). If a top-up is refused, try:
- A smaller amount.
- A different payment method (card, bank transfer).
- Your bank if the transaction is being blocked at that end.
No withdrawals
The buyer wallet doesn't support withdrawals — balance stays on Javern for future purchases. See Can I transfer money?.
