Overview
Signing up as a seller doesn't require Javern-side approval — you can create your store, add products, and start selling right away. The step that takes any time is BVN verification, which unlocks your vendor wallet and payouts.
What happens on sign-up
- Account is created immediately.
- Store is set up as soon as you fill in the basics.
- You can add products and go live as soon as your store is ready.
BVN verification timing
Runs through Paystack. Usually takes a couple of minutes:
- BVN matches your details → wallet activated, virtual account issued, you can withdraw payouts.
- BVN doesn't match or the check fails → you'll be asked to correct the details and try again.
If something's blocking you
- Sign-up not completing → double-check the email and phone number.
- BVN verification failing → make sure the name and date of birth on your account match what your bank has on record.
- Anything else → contact our support team.
