Overview
Withdrawals are a vendor-only feature. Once you request one, Paystack sends the transfer to your bank — most land within a few minutes, though some can take a few hours depending on the bank.
Typical timing
- Most banks — minutes.
- Some banks or during peak times — can take a few hours.
- Weekends and public holidays — may be a bit slower if the transfer needs interbank clearing.
If a withdrawal hasn't arrived within a working day, contact our support team with the withdrawal reference.
Check your withdrawal
- Open the Javern Vendor app and sign in.
- Go to your vendor dashboard and tap "Wallet".
- Open your withdrawal history — each entry shows the amount, destination account, and status.
