How long do refunds take?

Overview

Automatic refunds (from a rejected order or a 72-hour auto-cancel) hit your Javern Wallet immediately. Refunds tied to returns or disputes take as long as it takes you and the store to agree — but once the refund is approved, the wallet credit is instant.

Refund timelines

• Store rejected the order — full refund in your Javern Wallet instantly.
• Order auto-cancelled after 72 hours — full refund in your Javern Wallet instantly.
• Return or dispute — as soon as the store (or Javern support) approves the refund, it's credited to your wallet instantly. The waiting time is really the back-and-forth to agree what the refund should be.

What can slow it down

• The store isn't replying — nudge them again in the order chat, then contact support if it drags on.
• Missing details — support usually needs the order ID, photos, and a summary of what happened.
• Returning the item — some refunds are only issued after the store gets the returned item back.

Check your refund

1. Open your profile.
2. Tap "Wallet" to see your balance and recent activity.
3. If a refund isn't showing up, contact support with the order ID.
