How do withdrawals work?

Overview

Withdrawals are the way you move earnings from Javern to your Nigerian bank account. How they work depends on whether you have a Javern Wallet or you're still on the legacy pending/withdrawable balance setup.

Earnings settlement

For every accepted order, you earn (product subtotal × 0.95) + shipping — a 5% commission on the product subtotal and a flat ₦500 service fee go to the platform. See How are my earnings calculated?.

If you have a Javern Wallet

On order accept, your earnings are credited to your wallet's available balance immediately.
Open your vendor dashboard → "Wallet" → "Withdraw".
Enter the amount, the account number, and pick the bank. Use "Resolve" to confirm the account name if you want.
Confirm. Paystack sends the transfer.

A flat ₦10 transaction fee is deducted alongside the withdrawal. See What are withdrawal fees?.

Requirements:

Your BVN is verified — see How do I verify my BVN?.
Your available balance covers the amount plus the ₦10 fee.

If you're on the legacy setup

On order accept, earnings go to your pending balance.
When the buyer confirms delivery, the amount moves to your withdrawable balance.
Open your vendor dashboard → "Wallet" → add a bank account if you haven't already (up to 3 saved), then request a withdrawal against your withdrawable balance.
Pick the saved bank account and confirm.

Verify your BVN to switch to the Javern Wallet — you'll get faster settlement and your existing pending and withdrawable balances migrate into the wallet's available balance in one step.

Timing

Settlement to your balance — instant on order accept (wallet) or on buyer delivery confirmation (legacy).
Withdrawal to your bank — usually minutes; occasionally a few hours depending on the bank. See How long do withdrawals take?.
