How do store follows work?

Overview

Following a store on Javern is how you keep up with what they're doing — new drops, restocks, marketing campaigns, and low-stock alerts on items you might want. Followers get push notifications so they don't miss anything.

Follow a store

Open the Javern App or Javern and sign in.
Search for the store or open a product from that store.
Tap the store name to open its store page.
Tap "Follow".

You can follow as many stores as you like. Unfollow any time from the same button, or manage followed stores from your profile.

What you'll get as a follower

New product drops — when the store adds new items, you're notified.
Store went live — when a previously inactive store becomes active again.
Low stock alerts — a heads-up when items are almost gone.

Notifications go through push. Some updates go through email too, depending on your notification settings.

Turn off notifications

If you'd rather stay following without the alerts, adjust notifications in your app settings — or unfollow entirely.
