How do refunds work?

Overview

All refunds on Javern go to your Javern Wallet. Whether it's an order the store rejected, one that auto-cancelled after 72 hours, or a return you agreed with the store, the money lands in your wallet — usually instantly — and you can spend it on your next order.

When you'll get an automatic refund

• The store rejected your order. Full refund credited to your Javern Wallet immediately.
• The order auto-cancelled after 72 hours because the store didn't accept. Full refund credited to your Javern Wallet immediately.

When you'll need to raise a return

If the order was delivered but something's wrong — the item is damaged, defective, the wrong item, or nothing at all like the description — start with the store in the order chat, then loop in support if needed. See How do I request a refund? and How do returns work?.

Where the refund lands

Your Javern Wallet. Check the balance in your profile — the credit shows up as soon as the refund is processed.

Using your wallet balance

You can spend your wallet balance on your next order at checkout — pick "Javern Wallet" as the payment method. There's no withdrawal, so wallet credit stays on Javern for future purchases.
