How do I withdraw money — quick answer with steps and helpful context for Javern users.
Overview
Withdrawals are a vendor feature. Sellers on Javern can move their available wallet balance to a Nigerian bank account through Paystack. Buyers can't withdraw wallet balance — it stays on Javern for future purchases.
For vendors with a Javern Wallet
- Open your vendor dashboard and tap "Wallet".
- Tap "Withdraw".
- Enter the amount, the account number, and pick the bank.
- Optionally use "Resolve" to confirm the account name before sending.
- Confirm. Paystack sends the transfer.
A flat ₦10 transaction fee is deducted alongside the withdrawal.
For legacy vendors (no Javern Wallet yet)
You withdraw from your withdrawable balance — the amount that's moved over from pending once the buyer confirms delivery.
- Save a bank account in your dashboard first (up to 3). See How do I connect my bank account?.
- Open "Wallet" → "Withdraw".
- Pick which saved bank account it goes to and confirm.
Verify your BVN to activate a Javern Wallet — faster settlement and existing pending/withdrawable balances migrate over.

Buyer wallet balance can't be withdrawn back to your card or bank. You can spend it on any Javern order — see Can I pay with wallet balance?.
