How do I reset my password?

Overview

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it in a couple of minutes using the email address linked to your Javern account.

Reset your password on the mobile app

1. Open the Javern App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. On the taskbar, navigate to the profile icon.
3. On the profile tab, press the "Sign In" button.
4. On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password?".
5. Enter the email address you used to create your Javern account and tap "Send Reset Link".
6. Open your inbox and tap the reset link we sent you. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder.
7. Create a new 8 character password that must contain at least 1 character and 1 symbol, then confirm it.
8. Once saved, return to the app and sign in with your new password.

Reset your password on the website

1. Visit our website Javern.
2. Navigate to the profile icon and press the "Sign In" button.
3. On the sign-in screen, click "Forgot Password?".
4. Enter the email address on your account and click "Send Reset Link".
5. Open the email we sent you and click the reset link.
6. Set a new password that meets our requirements and confirm it.
7. Sign in with your new password.

If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam or promotions folder, or reach out to us using the link below.
