How do I mark products as out of stock?

Overview

Set the stock count on the variant to 0 — that combination becomes unavailable to buy but stays visible on the product. When you restock, set the count back and it goes live automatically.

Mark a specific size or colour out of stock

1. Open your vendor dashboard.
2. Tap "Products" → open the product.
3. Find the variant (size + colour) that's out.
4. Set the stock count to 0.
5. Save.

Take a whole product out temporarily

If the whole item is unavailable and you want to hide it entirely, archive it. See How do I delete products? for the difference between archiving and deleting.

When you restock

Set the stock count back and save — the variant becomes purchasable again immediately.

Tips

• Keep stock counts accurate — running out and letting orders come in creates rejections and unhappy buyers.
• Turn on low-stock alerts so you're warned before a variant sells out.
