How do I delete my account?

Overview

You can delete your Javern account whenever you like. Before you do, please note that this will remove your profile, saved addresses, wishlist and order history from your view.

Before you delete

• Make sure any active orders have been delivered and confirmed. You won't be able to track or dispute them once the account is deleted.
• Withdraw any remaining balance in your Javern Wallet.
• If you sell on Javern, close out any pending seller orders first.

Delete your account on the mobile app

1. Open the Javern App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. On the taskbar, navigate to the profile icon.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
4. Fill out your details and the reason for the account deletion.
5. Tap "Send Request" to finish.

Delete your account on the website

1. Visit our website Javern and sign in.
2. Navigate to the profile icon and open "Delete Account".
3. Fill out your details and the reason for the account deletion.
4. Tap "Send Request" to finish.
