How do I create product variations?

Overview

Product variations are the combinations of size and colour on a product. Each variation gets its own stock count and can carry its own price if it differs from the base. This is how buyers pick exactly what they want, and how you keep stock accurate.

Create variations

1. Open your vendor dashboard.
2. Tap "Products" → open the product (or start adding a new one).
3. Add your sizes — see How do I add sizes?.
4. Add your colours — see How do I add colors?.
5. For each size + colour combination:
   • Set the stock count.
   • Set a variant-specific price if it's different from the base.
6. Save.

How buyers see it

• On the product page, buyers pick a colour and then a size.
• Only combinations you've stocked show as available.
• Combinations with zero stock aren't purchasable.

Tips

• Only list combinations you actually have.
• Update stock as soon as it moves — accurate stock prevents cancellations.
• If the same product carries different prices in different sizes (like plus sizes), use per-variant pricing rather than raising the base for everyone.
