How do I confirm delivery — quick answer with steps and helpful context for Javern users.

Overview
Once your parcel arrives and everything looks right, tap "Confirm Delivery" on the order. This closes the order out and tells the store you've received what you paid for.
Confirm delivery
- Open the Javern App or Javern and sign in.
- Go to your profile and tap "My Orders".
- Open the order — you'll see it marked as "Out for Delivery" or "Order Completed".
- Tap "Confirm Delivery".
Before you tap confirm
- Open the parcel and check the items against the order.
- Make sure the sizes, colours, and quantities are right.
- Check for damage or missing items.
