Pick a name that's easy to remember, easy to say, and clearly yours. It's what buyers will see when they search, when they place an order, and when they chat with you — so it's worth taking a minute to get right.
What makes a good store name
- Short. One or two words is usually enough.
- Memorable. Easy to spell and easy to search.
- Distinctive. Not too close to another well-known brand.
- Aligned with what you sell. A name that hints at your niche helps buyers understand you at a glance.
What to avoid
- Trademarked or brand names you don't own — you'll get suspended.
- Numbers, symbols, and unusual spellings that make you hard to search for.
- All caps or all lowercase gimmicks that don't scale to buttons and headings.
Change your store name
You can update your store name from the vendor dashboard:
- Open your vendor dashboard.
- Go to "Store Settings".
- Edit "Store name" and save.
Changing it too often makes it harder for repeat buyers to find you — try to settle on one you're happy with early.
Vendor username
Separately from your store name, you also have a username on your seller account (3–30 characters, letters/numbers/underscore). Once changed, you can't change it again for 30 days.
