How do I change my phone number?

Overview

Update the phone number on your Javern account whenever you switch lines so we can reach you about your orders.

Change your phone number on the mobile app

1. Open the Javern App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. On the taskbar, navigate to the profile icon.
3. Tap "User Details".
4. Select "Phone Number".
5. Enter your new phone number and confirm your current password.
6. Tap "Save Changes" and your new number will be active immediately.

Change your phone number on the website

1. Visit our website Javern and sign in.
2. Navigate to the profile icon and open "User Detais".
3. Click "Phone Number".
4. Enter your new phone number and confirm your current password.
5. Click "Save Changes".
