How do I change my name?

Overview

You can update the name on your Javern account from your profile at any time. The name you set is what sellers will see on your orders and reviews.

Change your name on the mobile app

1. Open the Javern App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. On the taskbar, navigate to the profile icon.
3. Tap "User Details" at the top of your profile tab.
4. Update your full name.
5. Tap "Update Details" to apply the update.

Change your name on the website

1. Visit our website Javern and sign in.
2. Navigate to the profile icon and open "User Details".
3. Update your full name.
4. Click "Update Details".

Your new name will show up immediately on your profile and future orders. Orders you've already placed will keep the name that was on your account at the time.
