How do I change my email?

Overview

You can update the email on your Javern account any time from your account settings.

Change your email on the mobile app

1. Open the Javern App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. On the taskbar, navigate to the profile icon.
3. Tap "User Details".
4. Select "Email Address".
5. Enter your new email and confirm your current password.
6. Tap "Save Changes" and your new email will be active immediately.

Change your email on the website

1. Visit our website Javern and sign in.
2. Navigate to the profile icon and open "User Details".
3. Click "Email Address".
4. Enter your new email and confirm your current password.
5. Click "Save Changes" to update it.

From this point on, use your new email to sign in and to receive order updates from Javern.
