Overview
You can top up your Javern Wallet any time using a card or bank transfer through Paystack. The balance is available to spend on Javern as soon as the top-up clears.
Top up your wallet
- Open the Javern App or Javern and sign in.
- Go to your profile and tap "Wallet".
- Tap "Add Money" (or "Top Up").
- Enter the amount in Naira and confirm.
- Complete payment on the Paystack screen — you can use a card, bank transfer, or any other option Paystack offers you.
When it lands
- Card — usually instant.
- Bank transfer — usually within a minute or two once the transfer completes.
You'll see the new balance in your wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Top-up didn't show up?
- Pull down to refresh the wallet screen.
- Check that the payment actually completed on Paystack (any failure will show there).
- If the payment cleared on your bank but the wallet balance didn't move, contact our support team with the payment reference.
