Overview
Yes — all refunds on Javern go straight to your Javern Wallet. Whether the store rejected the order, it auto-cancelled after 72 hours, or you agreed a refund on a return, the credit lands in your wallet instantly.
Check your wallet
- Open the Javern App or Javern and sign in.
- Go to your profile.
- Tap "Wallet" to see your balance and recent activity.
Using wallet credit
You can spend your wallet balance on your next order — at checkout, pick "Javern Wallet" as the payment method. If your wallet doesn't cover the full amount, you can pay the rest with a card.
Refund missing from your wallet?
- Check "My Orders" and confirm the order status is Rejected, Cancelled, or has a refund approved.
- If the order shows a refund but the wallet doesn't, contact our support team with your order ID.
