Can I pick up my order?

Overview

Pickup isn't a standard option at checkout — orders on Javern are set up around delivery through the store's own courier. If you'd like to collect an order yourself, talk to the store directly.

How to arrange pickup

1. Message the store from their store page before placing the order to check whether pickup is an option, and ask for the address and hours.
2. If they agree, go ahead and place the order. Once they accept, use the order chat to confirm the pickup day and time.
3. On arrival, show your order details so the store can hand over the right parcel.

Good to know

• Not every store offers pickup — it depends on how they operate.
• If the store agrees to pickup but the checkout still requires a shipping option, ask the store how they'd like to handle that (some pick the cheapest option and refund the shipping cost after; some have a specific "pickup" tier).
• Once you've collected the parcel, tap "Confirm Delivery" in the app so the order closes out cleanly.
