Can I pay with my wallet?

Overview

Yes — if you have money in your Javern Wallet, you can use it to pay for any order in one tap. Refunds from previous orders also land in your wallet, which makes reordering fast.

Pay with your wallet

1. Add items to your cart and tap or click "Checkout".
2. On the payment step, choose "Javern Wallet".
3. You'll see your available wallet balance and the order total.
4. Tap "Pay from Wallet" to confirm.
5. Once the payment goes through, your order is placed straight away.

What if my wallet balance isn't enough?

If your balance can't cover the full order, you'll need to top up your wallet first or pay with a different method. See How do I add money?.

Good to know

• Wallet payments are instant.
• If you cancel an eligible order paid from your wallet or your order gets cancelled by a vendor or never accepted the full amount will be refunded to your wallet., the refund goes right back to your wallet.
• Your wallet balance is protected by your Javern password.
