Can I have multiple accounts?

Can I have multiple accounts — quick answer with steps and helpful context for Javern users.

Updated 30 July 2026

Overview

Each person is expected to keep one Javern account for personal use. Running duplicate accounts to abuse promotions, coupons, or reviews goes against our terms and can lead to a suspension.

When multiple accounts are allowed

  • A separate shopper and seller account. If you sell on Javern, you can keep a personal shopping account alongside your seller account.
  • A household account. Family members living at the same address can each have their own account. Just make sure each account uses a different email and phone number.

When multiple accounts are not allowed

  • Creating extra accounts to redeem the same coupon or first-order discount more than once.
  • Creating accounts to leave reviews for your own store.
  • Creating accounts to get around a previous suspension.

Accounts flagged for these behaviors may be locked. For details on lockouts, see Why is my account locked?.
