Can I change my username?

Overview

Javern uses your full name — not a username — for shopper accounts. If you want to update how your name appears on your profile and orders, you can do that at any time in your profile settings.

Change your name on the mobile app

1. Open the Javern App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. On the taskbar, navigate to the profile icon.
3. Tap "User Details" at the top of your profile tab.
4. Update your full name.
5. Tap "Update Details" to apply the update.

Change your name on the website

1. Visit our website Javern and sign in.
2. Navigate to the profile icon and open "User Details".
3. Update your full name.
4. Click "Update Details".

What about sellers?

If you sell on Javern, your store name is separate from your personal name. Store names can be edited from your Seller Dashboard — see the Selling on Javern section for details.
