Can I cancel my order?

Overview

Yes — you can cancel an order any time before the store ships it. Once the parcel is on the way, cancellation isn't possible, but you can start a return after delivery instead.

Cancel on the mobile app

1. Open the Javern App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. On the taskbar, navigate to the profile icon.
3. Tap "My Orders" and open the order you want to cancel.
4. If the order status is "Payment Confirmed", "Awaiting Vendors Approval", tap "Cancel Order".
5. Choose a cancellation reason and tap "Confirm Cancellation".
6. Your refund is issued right away — see below for where the money goes.

Cancel on the website

1. Visit our website Javern and sign in.
2. Navigate to the profile icon and click "My Orders".
3. Open the order and click "Cancel Order" if it's still eligible.
4. Pick a reason and confirm.

What happens to my refund?

• Wallet payments — refunded instantly to your Javern Wallet.
• Card payments — refunded to your Javern Wallet.
• Bank transfer — refunded to your Javern Wallet by default.

If your order has already shipped

You can't cancel once the parcel is on the way,you can request a refund after it arrives.
